A Creative Journey Where Art and Photography Meets a Lifetime of Vision, Spirit and Imagination.

Every Life Begins as a Blank Canvas.
Some are painted in steady strokes calm seas, simple skies, familiar faces. Others, like mine, are born in the wild colours of change, Africa’s red earth, the blinding white of Mediterranean light, and the greys and cold of Norfolk rain.
My name is Paul “AWESOME” Duddell.
I was born on a warm August morning in 1964, in Nairobi, Kenya, a place where sunlight seemed to dance on everything. My life began not just with a date or a name, but with movement. Before I was even old enough to remember, life had already set me on a path across continents, Gibraltar, Cyprus, England as if preparing me to see the world through ever changing horizons.
Perhaps that’s why, to this very day, I’ve never been one to sit still.
My brush, my pen, my camera, and my heart have always been in motion.
I was educated in Norwich, attending Heartsease Middle School and Heartsease Comprehensive School, where I achieved two O’ Levels in English and Art.
Since the age of 15, I have been a hobbyist author, photographer and creative artist something that has now become a full-time passion. I currently have over 300 prints available through my work, alongside a growing collection of books.
My published and ongoing works include:
1. Your Body Doesn’t Lie (Part One), 2. Road Trip Shenanigans, 3. Norfolk Dialect, 4. Cute Friends, 5. Spectrum of Joy, 6. Love on Location, 7. Art & Photography, 8. Heritage & Hearth, 9. Proud to be English, 10. Festive Heartbeat, 11. Timeless Romance, 12. The Art of Living (Autobiography), 13. The Body Listener (Part Two)
To you my dear friend, wherever you are in your own journey…
I wish you well.
And thank you for spending a little time in mine.
